The Fly Racing Patrol Jacket is designed for variable off-road conditions, offering multiple configuration options to support all-day comfort and adaptability. Constructed from ultra-durable nylon with ballistic-reinforced panels in key areas, it provides abrasion resistance suitable for demanding trail environments. The sleeves can be zipped off to convert the jacket into a vest, allowing riders to adjust quickly as temperatures and conditions change.

Ventilation is customizable through two large tuck-away chest vents and a full rear vent that folds into the rear cargo compartment. Reflective detailing enhances visibility, and the ventilated mesh liner helps regulate airflow during extended rides. The rear cargo compartment offers space for storing sleeves when the jacket is in vest mode, as well as capacity for larger items. The jacket can also self-store by turning inside out and packing into the rear compartment, which includes a waist belt for easy carrying.

A zippered main entry with storm flap helps block wind and debris, while heavy-duty elbow panels add abrasion protection. Internal bungee adjusters allow the rider to fine-tune fit, and hydration tube loops support routing of a drink system tube (hydration system not included). Additional adjustability at the hips and cuffs enhances comfort and fit across varied riding positions.
