The TourMaster Ridgecrest Jacket is built for durability, protection, and comfort across changing riding conditions. Its outer shell uses abrasion-resistant 600D polyester and hi-flow mesh, with 1000D honeycomb nylon ripstop reinforcement at the shoulders, elbows, and forearms for added strength in high-wear zones. Two removable liners—a breathable, waterproof Aqua-Barrier liner and a thermal vest liner—allow the jacket to adapt for warm, wet, or cool weather.

Impact protection includes CE Level 2 shoulder and elbow armor, supported by a removable EVA foam back pad. Four-way stretch panels at the shoulders, underarms, and elbows enhance mobility, and reflective accents on the chest, arms, and back improve visibility. Fit adjustments include sliding arm take-up straps, waist belts with hidden stretch panels, and snap-lock zippered cuffs with mesh gussets.

The jacket provides extensive storage with front cargo pockets, zippered hand pockets, a small-items pocket, an oversized rear pouch, a rear zippered pocket that doubles as a vent, and internal pockets duplicated on both removable liners. Comfort features include a YKK two-way front zipper, microfiber-lined collar and cuffs, TPU carabiner loop, and rear zippered expansion panels. An 8-inch jacket-to-pant zipper is included with the pant side attachment.
