In 2004 they signed rider Andrew Short, and Trey Canard in 2011, who won the SX-Houston Supercoss in the same year.

2012 saw the birth of the Lite Hydrogen line (now known as Lite), and Andrew Short’s victory in the first and only Seattle Supercross. In 2014, Trey Canard won the Tooele, Utah Pro Motocross. Fly became an exclusive sponsor of Lucas Oil and began collaborations with RHEON Labs in 2015. Zach Osborne (another Fly rider) won the 250 SX Regional Champion in 2017 and again in 2018, the same year Justin Brayton won the Daytona Supercross. 2019 brought the release of the Formula Helmet line, featuring revolutionary RHEON technology, and Fly becoming the title sponsor of Monster Energy Supercross, followed in 2020 by Zach Osborne taking the 2020 450 MX National Championship.

In 2023, FLY Racing celebrated their 25th anniversary. With over two decades of experience and a knack for innovation, FLY has grown into a brand that embodies excellence, quality, and style, and holds the promise of continuing to be a top choice for riders everywhere.
