Thank you for shopping with Jorgensen Powersports. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Please review our return policy below:

Saturday – Sunday: CLOSED
Order Cancellation / Modification
- Orders can be canceled or modified only if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped.
- Most orders are shipped the same day, so requests must be quick.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
Exchanges
- If you would like to request an exchange, you must contact us directly to submit your request.
- Please note that exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and you may not be eligible.
- If an exchange request is not approved, you are welcome to proceed with our standard return process and place a new order for your desired item.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@jorgensenpowersports.com to obtain a return authorization.
- Please securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
- For most returns, including changes of mind or sizing, a $9.99 return fee applies. However, if the return is the result of our mistake, there will be no fee.
- To start a return, go to your account and choose the order from your order history.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
- Any applicable return or restoking fees will be deducted from your refunded amount.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as needed.
Helmet and Apparel

Helmets, apparel, and other protective gear should be returned in their original packaging to protect them during shipping.

Helmets should be returned exactly as they were received, WITH THE PROTECTIVE BAG ON THE HELMET. As well as all original accessories included.

Ensure helmets and other items are secured to prevent scratches or damage inside the original box.

All original tags must be included.
Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
- This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Final Sale
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Changes to Policy
- Jorgensen Powersports reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.
