Shipping Policy

At Jorgensen Powersports, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, including swift and reliable shipping services. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies:

Order Processing Time:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Shipping Methods:

• We may offer several shipping options to meet your needs. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method if any are available.
• The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for most orders within the Contiguous United States. Orders must meet the following criteria to qualify for free shipping:

• The shipping address must be within the Contiguous United States.
• The order total must meet or exceed the specified minimum purchase amount, if applicable.
• Free standard shipping must be selected at checkout 
• Some exclusions may apply for oversized or heavy items.

Local Pickup Option

We offer a convenient local pickup option for customers in Sevier County UT. Here's how it works:

• During the checkout process, select the "Local Pickup" option.
• Once your order is processed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions and location details.
• Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
• Our pickup hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. Please ensure to pick up your order during these hours.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
• You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
• We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping:

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Status and Support:

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jorgensen Powersports. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Please review our return policy below:

Customer Service Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: CLOSED

Order Cancellation / Modification

• Orders can be canceled or modified only if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped.
  
  
• Most orders are shipped the same day, so requests must be quick.
  
  
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

Exchanges

• If you would like to request an exchange, you must contact us directly to submit your request.
  
  
• Please note that exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and you may not be eligible.
  
  
• If an exchange request is not approved, you are welcome to proceed with our standard return process and place a new order for your desired item.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  
  
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  
  
• Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@jorgensenpowersports.com to obtain a return authorization.
  
  
• Please securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
  
  
• For most returns, including changes of mind or sizing, a $9.99 return fee applies. However, if the return is the result of our mistake, there will be no fee.
  
  
• To start a return, go to your account and choose the order from your order history.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
  
  
• Any applicable return or restoking fees will be deducted from your refunded amount.
  
  
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

• In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  
  
• We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as needed.

Helmet and Apparel

• Helmets, apparel, and other protective gear should be returned in their original packaging to protect them during shipping.

• Helmets should be returned exactly as they were received, WITH THE PROTECTIVE BAG ON THE HELMET. As well as all original accessories included.

• Ensure helmets and other items are secured to prevent scratches or damage inside the original box.

• All original tags must be included.

Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
  
  
• This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Final Sale

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Changes to Policy

• Jorgensen Powersports reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.
