Order Processing Time:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Shipping Methods:
- We may offer several shipping options to meet your needs. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method if any are available.
- The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for most orders within the Contiguous United States. Orders must meet the following criteria to qualify for free shipping:
- The shipping address must be within the Contiguous United States.
- The order total must meet or exceed the specified minimum purchase amount, if applicable.
- Free standard shipping must be selected at checkout
- Some exclusions may apply for oversized or heavy items.
Local Pickup Option
We offer a convenient local pickup option for customers in Sevier County UT. Here's how it works:
- During the checkout process, select the "Local Pickup" option.
- Once your order is processed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions and location details.
- Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
- Our pickup hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. Please ensure to pick up your order during these hours.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping:
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jorgensen Powersports. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@jhsport.com to obtain a return authorization.
- Please securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
- We provide free return shipping on all returns. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon request.
3. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as needed.
6. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Final Sale:
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
